Letter F is a racer with a souped-up penny-farthing. He can be unlocked by getting 15 seconds of the rear wheelie on the first level of Planetoid. He is best at front wheelies, so that's probably what F stands for. He also has a strange fear of party balloons and is the only character that can be played in the last stage of the dunes.
